Upon receiving the details from the client, MTDH's drafting team begins studying the specifications to better understand the scope of work. Then, a meeting with the client will be arranged where we'll outline the project journey.
During the meeting, the project journey and scope of work will be discussed, and any confusions will be clarified. The meeting will end with confirmation of the project plan, and may be followed up by further information from the client.
With all the required information now received, the drawings will be made in AutoCAD. During this step, there may be meetings in-between for newly raised issues, such as drafters requiring more information or the client wishing to make changes.
Once the drafts have been submitted, the team will meet with the client to discuss if the draft meets the client's expectations. Expect the draft to be very close to the final design so this may be the last chance to propose any changes.
After applying the final modifications (if any), the completed design will be submitted in formats requested by the client. We promise to deliver results of the highest quality.
The purpose of this meeting is to ensure that the quality of our services are of the highest standards and that all of the client's needs have been satisfied. The client can openly advice, or criticise, which areas they found unsatisfactory and how to improve.
